Yesterday evening the LFW Topshop venue in Covent Garden played host to the top Swedish designer who was back showing her latest collection after taking a break for SS10. Inspired by the online game "Second Life", models strode down the catwalk with slicked artificial looking hair, minimal shiny make up, and lots of skin on show. Cut out maxi dresses and sheer dresses revealing almost everything underneath were seen throughout the collection, which was made up of greys, blues, lilacs and whites. The barely-there futuristic looks showcased some amazing pieces, including the "spider web" tights (see image above) which I have coined the name for myself. Ann-Sofie proved she is deservedly back on the scene with her unique creations that clearly pleased the fashion crowd, receiving an ecstatic reception as she emerged at the ene of the show. Her daring pieces played on the underwear as outerwear trend that appears to still be going strong, as well as sheer panelling, and flowing layers, and I'll definitely be putting the tights on my wish list this autumn!
